Welcome to the updated Manager’s Toolkit, effective October 1, 2018.
As leaders of Miller Pipeline, you have a very special and important responsibility representing our company to our employees, customers, and communities. One of our goals as a company is to be an employer of choice. We accomplish this by being a great place to work and connecting with our team members on a daily basis. Supervisors not only represent the company, they ARE the company to many of our employees!
The objectives of our Manager Toolkit are to provide our “people policies” through a new Artera Employee Guide, as well as approaches you may find helpful for:
- Successful interviewing and selection,
- How to have performance and/or career interest discussions with members of your team,
- Having the “tough conversation”,
- Hiring and orientation process,
- Forms related to Family and Medical Leave, Corrective Action, etc.
As you experience the need to hire or coach an employee, have a policy question, or just want a sounding board, we hope you find this new and improved Managers’ Toolkit helpful.
