Miller Pipeline is a great company because we have a lot of great people working here who excel at what they do. We want to make sure to recognize employee's achievements, so we are asking for your help in giving recognition where recognition is due. The On the Spot Award was designed as a vehicle for customers, supervisors, the public and fellow co-workers to express appreciation to our employees. If someone goes above and beyond to get a project done or satisfy a customer, recognize them for it. You can nominate any employee for outstanding work at any time during the year. Your nominee will receive a copy of your nomination, a certificate signed by the president and a Performance Excellence T-shirt. All nominations are reviewed by a committee on a monthly basis and acts which that involve extreme heroism will be identified and appropriate recognition will be determined.

Reason for Nomination:	On October 26 Donnie Price and Ray Chaney were driving to the jobsite and saw a person lying in a parking lot. They turned around to go check on him and when they drove up they realized that the person was a little boy and that his sleeping in a parking lot was suspicious. They asked the little boy if he was OK and then Donnie called the Police to have them come pick him up. It turned out that this was a little boy who had been missing almost twenty four hours after having run away from school because he got into trouble. The dispatcher at the Tarrant Police Dept called here to thank Donnie and Ray for their help in locating this little boy and for being alert and on the lookout for suspicious activity. Most of all the dispatcher wanted to thank them for being willing to take the time to go back and check on the little boy. The boy was to be returned to his mother. It's really nice to know that there are still people who are concern ed enough for their fellow man to get involved when their help is needed.
