Experience Overview:
During his career, Norman has consulted for many companies including manufacturing, construction, medical, retail, and service industries. Preceding Miller Pipeline, Norman was president of Mayflower International Division and also executive vice president of Mayflower Transit, Inc.  He moved on, stepping into the role of executive vice president and COO of SM & P Resources, Inc. As a serial entrepreneur he was majority owner of a manufacturing business, Indiana Custom Trucks, Inc., which was identified as one of the “Fastest growing privately held companies in the U.S.” by Inc. 500 Magazine. Mr. Norman now serves as vice president of Corporate Performance executing high-growth strategies in leadership, management, and operational performance.

Education history:
Graduated from Indiana College of Business and Technology in Accounting and Data Processing Systems in 1968.

Industry/Community Involvement:
Norman has been active in several high-profile Indianapolis community leadership positions including President of Indianapolis 500 Festival, Inc.; President of Inaugural Brickyard 400; Chairman of Indiana March of Dimes and numerous other Not for Profit organizations.

During his career Norman has served as Board Director on numerous corporate boards and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the board for Fort Wayne Wire Die Corporation and also an "Alliance" board member associated with The Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, Bloomington, Indiana.
