Employee Assistance Program

We sponsor the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) the Deaconess CONCERN which is designed to assist you in identifying personal problems and finding appropriate resources or services to resolve problems that could potentially have a negative effect on job performance. 

To gain access to these resources, all you have to do is dial (800)874-7104. All information regarding your request for assistance will be held in strict confidence. Supervisors and HR will NOT receive any information unless you provide a written release of information.

Free services and/or resources for:

  • Stress
  • Alcohol and drug abuse
  • Marital/relationship problems
  • Family relationships
  • Financial hardships
  • Decline in work performance
  • Depression
  • Grief

How to access free services/resources:


1. You (or anyone in your household) may contact EAP directly (800) 874-7104, and identify yourself as an employee of Miller Pipeline. Tell them you are interested in making an appointment and they will help you schedule one.


2. At the appointment a professional counselor will sit down with you and discuss your concerns and work with you to identify possible solutions.
