TIPS
To locate a name or number within the document:
Scroll to the top and click on the letter of the column which holds the information you are looking for. Hold down Ctrl and press "F." This will bring up the find box where you can type in the info that you are seeking. Press "Find next" and excel will search the file to find your search entry.
To sort data by location or title:
Hold down Ctrl and press "A." On the main tool bar go to "data" and then "sort." Make sure HEADER ROW is checked at the bottom of the box, then use the drop downs to search by whatever criteria you desire.
